Lauren McCoy practically grew up in real estate while her parents successfully have maintained a mortgage business for over 30 years. As an agent, Lauren has benefitted from the relationships and unique insights from her family’s work. She developed her goal to become a real estate agent at youth and worked tirelessly to achieve it.
Lauren attended Westlake High School in Austin before graduating from the University of Alabama with a degree in Business Marketing. She returned home to fulfill her dream as a real estate professional in the Music Capital of the World. We had a good experience working with Lauren McCoy. We started off looking at a house we were interested in purchasing that we had seen on the internet. Lauren was the sellers agent. That house was no longer available. Lauren became our agent and showed us several houses in the Buda- Kyle area. She sent us a list of houses that were available and we checked out some of them. We found one we really liked and with Lauren's help, we were able to purchase it. We feel as though we got a good deal.

My wife and I recently purchased a home with the help of Lauren McCoy. She's was beyond excellent. Lauren not only helped us a find a new home she's very familiar with the market and areas in Central Texas. She made sure the home was a fit for us and didn't pressure us into anything.
She took the time to walk us through the home buying process and advised us throughout the process. Lauren also fought on our behalf to make sure everything was taken care of before we closed on the home and made sure the sellers completed things they said they would.
She was very attentive and responsive and we felt like she really cared about helping us find our home. If you're looking to purchase a home in Austin or the surrounding areas I can't recommend Lauren and David Brodsky Properties enough!
Loved working with my realtor, Lauren McCoy!!!! She was extremely helpful throughout my first home purchase. Was flexible on scheduling and definitely made time to see as many properties as I needed! Very organized in the closing process as well. Had lender, inspector and title resources ready to go for closing which was SO helpful. Also loved that she never ever "pushed" me to stretch further on another price bracket or different location. She was very transparent and honest about her read of each property we looked at but definitely had a very client-centric approach in finding properties.
