Katelyn specializes in the representation of relocation, investor, and first time home buyer clients. Katelyn graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, with emphasis in Finance and Real Estate which affords her the ability to utilize her analytical, market data driven approach and financial background to make the numbers work for buyers and sellers. At the same time, Katelyn is known for her strong attention to detail, transparent communication and the ability to set clear expectations for the clients she represents.
Katelyn began her career in the real estate industry at an award-winning luxury custom home builder, where she discovered her love for architecture, interior design, staging, and the competitive real estate market. She went on to work at a global real estate company as a corporate employee where she was afforded the opportunity to learn all other aspects of the real estate business. Katelyn continues to pursue her real estate career as a Texas Licensed Realtor® where she has served the greater Austin community for many years.
When Katelyn is not working, she spends her time exploring Austin's great outdoors and cheering on the Fighting Texas Aggies. Katelyn also enjoys being involved in and giving back to her community by volunteering for Meals on Wheels of Central Texas. She is also a member of the Entrepreneurial Network at Texas A&M and gives financial support to the Entrepreneurial Program each year towards scholarships for aspiring entrepreneurs such as herself.

In June of this year, we moved our parents into an assisted living facility due to their health issues. It was an extremely difficult decision but one that was best for both of them. Unfortunately, with this move, we had to sell their home of 47 years to cover the cost of assisted living.
