Becoming a realtor in Austin and joining David Brodsky Properties is like coming full circle for Joyce. In her early career Joyce indulged her life-long love of architecture, building and homes as the director of sales and marketing for a residential builder in Michigan, earning her real estate and building licenses in the process. She then founded her own property marketing company and served builders and developers throughout Michigan.
Joyce relocated to Austin eleven years ago… decidedly her favorite city of the many she has lived in across the country. After a successful career in marketing for a large bicycle retailer, Joyce launched her design company, Joyce Marie Interiors, over six years ago. In her design work, Joyce pursues her passion for composing beautiful and personal interiors for her many clients, believing the environment in our homes is deeply connected to our feelings of peace, comfort and contentment.
Together with the highly skilled team at David Brodsky Properties, Joyce offers her residential real estate clients a distinctive consultancy, leveraging Joyce’s entrepreneurial energy, decades of architectural knowledge, and talent for design. With her years of interior design experience, Joyce is especially skilled at helping her clients put their best foot forward when selling their home, highlighting the home’s attributes by employing design techniques. She helps her buyers see the creative possibilities that exist when considering a property, and how they can turn a house into their own home that meets their needs and desires.

In her personal time, Joyce is an avid equestrian, a cyclist and an artist who enjoys painting various scenes from her travels around the world with her husband, or of the horses she loves.
